Bottle share

I’m glad I came out tonight. It had been a hard day— Netflix, pjs, and merlot sounded like the perfect evening.

I’m grateful for my friend– relentless. I eventually caved and said I would stop by for a quick visit.

I arrived. My hands were full with snacks and beer. I waited for the woman before me to decipher the code to ring the apartment. A buzz and unclicking of the door which she held for me.

Walking a fine line between genius and insanity. My words are raw, sometimes visceral, and vulgar.  I write to settle my thoughts.  I have triggers that extract emotional immaturity, deep- rooted fears, anger, insecurity, vulnerability, yet I heal with every stroke of the pen.  I might be that monster.  I sometimes scare myself.  Please keep this in mind as you read.  I do not wish to provoke you, though stories need to be told. *not all posts are in real time
