Passport

The freshness starts to peel away, never to be smothered out just changes as the time ticks away. Your wounds give way to temporary shelter as the bandages over time start to peel and the open air descends inside laying heavy upon its healing. The memories meander in and out and at times the suffering of emotions explodes and bleeds out unable to process, not wanting to process. Lean into the uncomfortableness, slowly at first and allow its presence to just be. The beauty you will carry always and eventually the bleeding will trickle and one day the open air that descended laying heavy on your healing will disappear and a new breath will begin.

Walking a fine line between genius and insanity. My words are raw, sometimes visceral, and vulgar.  I write to settle my thoughts.  I have triggers that extract emotional immaturity, deep- rooted fears, anger, insecurity, vulnerability, yet I heal with every stroke of the pen.  I might be that monster.  I sometimes scare myself.  Please keep this in mind as you read.  I do not wish to provoke you, though stories need to be told. *not all posts are in real time
