Dirt nap

Write in your journal and chew
the words that bare your soul

the adjectives that swirl in your mouth to describe your true self

spit at me, I know the feeling

I’ve felt the pain

the torment still lives

we share some horror

our disasters similar

narcissism mingling

you loathe me as I do you

save some spit for my grave

the plot thickens when it rains

I rise to the surface of your frontal lobe

the memories adhere to your shoes as well

Walking a fine line between genius and insanity. My words are raw, sometimes visceral, and vulgar.  I write to settle my thoughts.  I have triggers that extract emotional immaturity, deep- rooted fears, anger, insecurity, vulnerability, yet I heal with every stroke of the pen.  I might be that monster.  I sometimes scare myself.  Please keep this in mind as you read.  I do not wish to provoke you, though stories need to be told. *not all posts are in real time
