Mo(o)re to come

I was accompanied by my second choice, Erin as arm candy for the evening. Sensing my presence, the cuckold couple and their unicorn cackled to steal my attention. I obliged. There they stood cooing like teenagers in heat, sipping gaily on their Syrah in half plastic cups, imprinting lipstick on its plastic rim. The ridiculousness ensued the more they drank. Frequent side glances and whispers attempting to alienate me from the crowd. My date oblivious and seemingly comfortable among her kind. A lobby filled of White-collar except I. I am a Non-White White- collar. Despite their mockery and privilege, I do not feel betrayed in any way. Our skins are different, but we are all human beings. I am at ease and empathetic to their insecurities.

Walking a fine line between genius and insanity. My words are raw, sometimes visceral, and vulgar.  I write to settle my thoughts.  I have triggers that extract emotional immaturity, deep- rooted fears, anger, insecurity, vulnerability, yet I heal with every stroke of the pen.  I might be that monster.  I sometimes scare myself.  Please keep this in mind as you read.  I do not wish to provoke you, though stories need to be told. *not all posts are in real time
